MACHINE SHOP SOFTWARE
Machine shop software that runs the whole shop
StowWorks brings stock, traceability, cut planning, production, tooling and orders into one Windows app — built on the floor of a real CNC shop, and it runs on your own PC.
A quick look at StowWorks.
One app instead of five spreadsheets
Most shops run on a stack of disconnected tools — a stock spreadsheet, a binder of certs, a whiteboard of jobs, and a lot of memory. They drift out of date the moment the floor gets busy.
StowWorks replaces that with one connected system, so the stock you see is the stock you have, and a job carries its material, cost and certs all the way through.
- Material stock & full traceability
- 1-D bar and 2-D plate cut nesting
- Products & production from a bill of materials
- Tooling, drawer maps and reorder
- Orders costed from quote to paid
Built by a shop, not a software house
StowWorks runs Salvun’s own CNC shop every day — the stock, the cut plans, the orders. Every feature is here because it was needed on the floor first, not because it demoed well.
That’s why it speaks your language: bars and heats, kerf and offcuts, travelers and mill certs — not abstract “items” and “transactions”.
Your data stays on your machine
StowWorks is local-first. Your stock, certs, cut plans and customers live on your own PC and the app runs fully offline after activation. There is no cloud account holding your shop hostage.
If we ever discontinue StowWorks, our licence agreement commits us to publishing a final, licence-free build you keep and run forever.

Questions, answered.
Is StowWorks an ERP?
It covers the parts of an ERP a small metal shop actually uses — stock, traceability, cutting, production, tooling and order costing — without the cost, complexity or cloud lock-in of a full ERP.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After a one-time licence activation, StowWorks runs fully offline on your PC. You only need a connection for the occasional licence check.
What do I need to run it?
A Windows PC — nothing else. No server, no cloud account, nothing to install on a phone.
How is it priced?
One price for the whole shop — every machine and everyone in it — with no per-seat fees, no tiers and no add-ons. There’s a 14-day free trial.
