Grade, size and heat are tracked through intake, every cut and every process — with the mill cert pinned to the metal the whole way. Pull a cert for a client in two clicks, or trace a finished part back to the exact bar it came from.

Nest parts onto bar and plate.
One planner for both 1-D bar lengths and full 2-D plate nesting — the sheet solver packs your parts across whole plates, kerf and all, not just lengths off a bar. Enter what you need and StowWorks lays them onto your full stock and the offcuts already on your shelf, so you see the yield before you cut. Keep the drop and it returns to stock as a labelled piece, ready for the next job.
03 / PRODUCTION
Build your products, down to the screws.
Define a product as a full assembly — the parts you machine, the lengths you cut from raw bar, the screws and fittings you buy, the thread-locker and consumables, and how it all goes together. Set a batch to build and StowWorks checks it against live stock: what you already have, what to order, and what to make and cut — then costs the whole run so you see the margin before you commit. It reserves the stock, tracks the build, and reconciles planned against actual.

Where does my data live?
On your own PC. StowWorks runs locally, so your stock, certs and orders never leave your machine — unless you choose to back them up.
Can you see or sell my shop data?
No. Your shop data never leaves your PC — we don't receive it, store it, or have any way to access it, so there's nothing for us to sell or lose. We only handle the minimal account and licence info needed to run your subscription.
Do I need to be online?
No. StowWorks runs fully offline. You only need a connection to activate your licence and for the occasional check.
Do you charge per user or per machine?
No. One price covers the whole shop — every machine and everyone in it, with no per-seat fees.
Will new features cost extra?
No. There are no tiers and no add-ons — every feature we ship, including everything on the roadmap, is included in your plan at no extra cost.
How do I buy and set it up?
Pick a plan and check out securely — we use Polar, which handles the VAT and emails you a licence key. Download StowWorks, paste the key once to activate, and after that it runs fully offline.
How do I manage my subscription or find my licence key again?
It's all in your customer portal — open the Account link in the footer (or any StowWorks billing email). Sign in with your purchase email and a one-time code (no password) to view and copy your licence key, switch between monthly and yearly, update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel.
Metric or imperial?
Both — switch whenever you like.
What language is it in?
English today, with Dutch and French on the way.
What do I need to run it?
A Windows PC — nothing else. No server, no cloud account, nothing to install on a phone.
Can I get my data out?
Always. It's your data — export it whenever you want.
What happens to StowWorks if Salvun goes away?
You keep it. We commit — in our licence agreement — to publishing a final, licence-free build you download and keep. It runs fully offline, forever, with no servers and no dependence on us. Anyone who bought StowWorks can keep using it for free.
